What the audit form collects

• Your name, company and work email.
• The workflow you say hurts most.
• If you used them: the blueprint you picked and the numbers from the burn calculator (your inputs and the resulting estimate).

We use this to reply to your request and to prepare and schedule your audit. Nothing else is collected through the form.

Who processes it

The form is run by Formspree, which receives your submission, stores it and forwards it to us by email. Formspree acts as our processor. See Formspree's privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It reports aggregate page views and does not use cookies. We do not use advertising trackers.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which handles the technical data of each request (such as your IP address) to deliver the pages.

The "see your company reborn" box

The company name you type there is drawn on your own screen. It is not sent anywhere unless you also put it in the audit form.

How long we keep it

Audit requests sent through the website are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, or sooner if you ask. Data shared during a client engagement is deleted within 30 days after the engagement ends.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing phoenixworldagency@gmail.com.
